ATTORNEYS - Tyler T. Ray Practice Areas Work for Clients In the area of intellectual property, Tyler works closely with firm clients on the development, protection and enforcement of trademarks, patents and copyrights and the licensing of such intellectual property on a worldwide basis. Specifically, with regard to trademarks, Tyler understands the client focus on branding and is able to provide a no-nonsense practical approach on often complex legal issues. He is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA), a not-for-profit association of more than 5,900 trademark owners and professionals, from more than 190 countries, dedicated to the support and advancement of trademarks and related intellectual property. Tyler also has an in-depth understanding of employment law issues in the workplace, offering preventative counseling to human resource and business professionals in day-to-day issues such as discrimination, termination, non-compete and wage-and-hour disputes. He has presented several legal seminars on employment trends and risk management and represented clients at numerous state human rights commissions. Professional Activities Education Tyler served as a judicial intern for Providence Supreme Court Justice Gilbert Indeglia (then Superior Court) and as a congressional intern in the Washington, DC office of Senator Susan M.
