Business Litigation Associate:

We are seeking associate candidates with 3-5 years of complex business litigation experience. The Firm's trial lawyers handle a wide range of cases, locally and nationally, for their clients, which include Fortune 500 companies as well as other leading and emerging companies in the software, technology, manufacturing, consumer products, real estate, construction, and financial services and banking industries. Accordingly, we are looking for talented attorneys with the ability and willingness to take on a varied and challenging business litigation practice.

Candidates must have experience researching and drafting pleadings and briefs, as well as propounding and responding to discovery requests. Strong problem solving and communication skills are essential; experience in electronic discovery, depositions, and in the courtroom is preferred.
