Joshua Celeste has eight years of broad-based corporate law experience with a focus on significant business transactions. These include corporate acquisitions, dispositions, and mergers; corporate restructurings and recapitalizations; both secured and unsecured financing; and corporate governance issues. He has also handled numerous real estate development matters including property acquisitions; project development and construction; and leasing and financing.

Work for Clients
Mr. Celeste has represented a variety of companies ranging from start-up private entities to publicly traded companies. Such representation includes offerings and placements of debt and equity securities, equity investments and acquisitions ranging in value from $10 million to $100 million, venture capital financings ranging in value from $500,000 to $10 million, and revolving credit and term loan facilities ranging in size from $1 million to $50 million.
