Duffy Sweeney & Scott law firm announces Jean A. Harrington has been promoted to Partner

Duffy Sweeney & Scott Law Firm is pleased to announce Jean A. Harrington has been elected a partner in the firm. Ms. Harrington joined the firm in 1999 and concentrates her practice in the areas of corporate and securities law, commercial real estate and tax planning. She regularly represents New England based business clients, operating in various industries in a wide variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital investments, corporate and real estate finance matters.

Ms. Harrington is a graduate of Brown University and Boston College Law School .
