Mike Sweeney noted, “If you’re thinking of [a] transition … this is a good time to look at it. The market right now is flush with capital.”
More than half of business owners expect to make a significant, “transformational” change for their companies in the next three years, and 63 percent are without an exit strategy. That’s according to a new report done by U.S. Trust, Bank of America’s private wealth-management division.
