Robert Duffy and Stacey Nakasian are members of the American Arbitration Association’s panel of arbitrators. Mediation

The odds of resolving a dispute through mediation are greatly increased by having an experienced and skilled mediator. Robert Duffy and Stacey Nakasian possess the skills and knowledge needed to be effective and successful mediators. Having spent over 30 years litigating and mediating commercial disputes in many different contexts, they understand the dynamics involved in bringing clients and opposing parties to compromise. Based on their extensive experience as litigators, they interact effectively with parties and counsel and use their insights and experience to work through impasses and achieve resolution. Bob and Stacey also bring patience and empathy to the process, which is critical to encouraging parties’ trust and participation in the mediation process.

Stacey Nakasian was recognized in Rhode Island Monthly’s Professional Excellence in the Law — 2021 and 2022 — for the practice area of Arbitration and Mediation.
