Eric focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. He represents businesses operating in a wide variety of industries, as well as individuals, in state and federal court and alternative dispute resolution forums. He has extensive experience in a range of civil litigation, including complex commercial litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes, business tort and contract disputes and commercial real estate disputes. He also has handled intellectual property and trade secret litigation, among other areas in which his business clients seek counsel.

Eric appears regularly in state courts throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts, as well as in the U.S. District Courts for Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
